I think it can be a little challenging to find an adults only resort that has a party atmosphere. Family resorts like Hard Rock Punta Cana, the Iberostar and Grand Palladium complexes, Planet Hollywood have a good reputation for an active pool vibe and nightlife. The adults only resorts tend to be quieter at night, but I have found Breathless resorts can fill that gap.
